Steps to use
1- the e-gift vouchers are redeemable at any Kalyan Jewellers store.
2- Once the customer completes the purchase through your portal, they will receive a digital gift card containing the voucher code at the time of purchase.
3- The customer may visit any Kalyan Jewellers store across the UAE and select Gold or Diamond jewellery of their choice.
4- At the time of billing, the cashier will enter the voucher code into the Kalyan POS system, and the corresponding voucher value will be deducted from the total bill.
Terms and Conditions
1- The Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
2- The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
3- The Gift Card cannot be used for partial payment; the full value must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any remaining balance can be settled using other modes of payment.
4- The Gift Card cannot be redeemed online.
5- The Gift Card is not applicable for the purchase of Gold Coins or Gold Bars.
6- The Gift Card is valid only in the country of issue.
7- Lost, stolen, or misplaced Gift Cards will not be replaced, and no alternatives will be provided.
