Welcome to Tawseel E-Commerce & Logistics! Please read the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our websites or mobile applications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Definitions
- "Platform": Websites and mobile apps operated by Tawseel
- "User": Any individual or business transacting on the platform
- "Services": E-commerce marketplace and logistics
3. Account Registration
For Consumers: Must provide accurate info.
For Businesses: Must submit CR, ID, Chamber Certificate, Lease, License, Tax & VAT certs.
4. Platform Usage
Permitted: Browse, buy, sell. Prohibited: False content, scraping data, bypassing payments.
5. Transactions & Payments
Buyers pay via card/COD. Sellers subject to fees. Disputes handled between users; Tawseel is not liable.
6. E-Commerce services
- B2B: Business-to-Business
- B2C: Business-to-Consumer
- C2C: Consumer-to-Consumer
7. Logistics Services
- 1PL, 2PL, 3PL/4PL Services available.
Delivery timelines are estimates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content belongs to Tawseel. Users grant license for uploaded content.
9. Privacy & Data
Data handled per Privacy Policy. Shared with logistics providers or authorities if required.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tawseel is an intermediary and not responsible for product quality or disputes.
11. Termination
We may suspend accounts for violations or 12+ months inactivity.
12. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Oman. Disputes subject to Omani courts.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms.
