2. Definitions
Platform: Websites and mobile apps operated by Tawseel. User: Any individual or business transacting on the platform. Services: E-commerce marketplace and logistics.
3. Account Registration
For Consumers: Must provide accurate information. For Businesses: Must submit CR, ID, Chamber Certificate, Lease, License, Tax and VAT certificates.
4. Platform Usage
Permitted: Browse, buy, sell. Prohibited: False content, data scraping, bypassing payment systems.
5. Transactions & Payments
Buyers pay via card or cash on delivery. Sellers are subject to fees. Disputes are handled between users and Tawseel is not liable.
6. E-Commerce Services
B2B: Business to Business. B2C: Business to Consumer. C2C: Consumer to Consumer.
7. Logistics Services
1PL, 2PL, 3PL and 4PL services are available. Delivery timelines are estimates.
8. Intellectual Property
All content belongs to Tawseel. Users grant a license for uploaded content.
9. Privacy & Data
Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and may be shared with logistics providers or authorities if required.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tawseel acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for product quality or disputes.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or inactivity exceeding 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and disputes are subject to Omani courts.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
