1. Age and Legal Capacity
You may use Tawseel Online only if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction; and
- you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. Accurate Account Information
You must register using true, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that:
- your full legal name is correctly provided;
- your email and mobile details are current;
- your payment information is lawfully yours or used with authorization; and
- all submitted documents and details are authentic.
We may reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that contain false, fake, incomplete, or misleading information.
3. Product Use Responsibilities
You are responsible for reading product descriptions and ensuring that you purchase the correct:
- product;
- store or issuer;
- country/region;
- denomination;
- currency; and
- account destination.
Where applicable:
- digital codes and vouchers may be one-time use only;
- codes may be case-sensitive;
- redeemed or delivered items may not be refundable or exchangeable; and
- third-party issuer restrictions will apply in addition to this policy.
4. Order Limits and Risk Controls
Tawseel Online may apply limits to:
- number of items per order;
- number of orders per day;
- maximum transaction values;
- payment methods;
- countries or regions served; and
- use of account balances, promotions, or loyalty points.
These limits may be adjusted at any time for operational, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
5. Verification Rights
We may request additional verification before approving an order, including:
- national ID, passport, or residence permit;
- proof of card ownership, limited to safe masked details;
- bank confirmation or payment proof;
- confirmation that the account holder authorized the transaction.
If verification is not completed to our satisfaction, we may cancel the order, suspend the account, or refuse future transactions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Tawseel Online to:
- commit fraud or money laundering;
- misuse payment cards or bank accounts;
- exploit promotions or system errors;
- purchase for unlawful resale where prohibited;
- use stolen identities or false information;
- abuse customer support staff;
- post harmful, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content;
- attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; or
- interfere with the security or normal functioning of the platform.
7. Suspicious or Rejected Transactions
Any transaction that is doubtful, unauthorized, inconsistent, repeatedly rejected, or suspected of fraud may be:
- stopped immediately;
- placed under review;
- reversed where appropriate;
- reported to relevant authorities where required by law; and
- used as grounds for suspension or termination of the related account.
8. Loyalty Points, Credits, and Promotions
If Tawseel Online operates a rewards, points, wallet, referral, or promotional system:
- points, credits, and promotional balances may have expiry periods;
- promotional benefits may be changed or canceled at any time;
- points may be withheld, reversed, or deleted if earned through abuse, fraud, or policy violations; and
- accounts found to have manipulated campaigns or promotions may lose all related benefits.
9. Delivery and Post-Delivery Responsibility
Once a digital item has been delivered to the registered account, email, phone number, or in-app wallet, the user is responsible for keeping it secure. Tawseel Online is not responsible for loss caused by:
- account compromise on the user side;
- email compromise;
- phone compromise;
- sharing codes with third parties; or
- delayed redemption outside the product validity period.
10. Communications Consent
By registering or placing an order, you agree that Tawseel Online may send:
- transactional messages;
- security alerts;
- order updates;
- service notices; and
- promotional communications, subject to applicable law and your opt-out rights.
11. Enforcement
Tawseel Online may, at its sole or reasonable discretion depending on applicable law:
- warn users;
- cancel orders;
- revoke benefits;
- freeze balances;
- suspend accounts;
- terminate access; and
- take legal action where necessary.
12. Amendments
We may revise this Usage Policy at any time. Continued use of Tawseel Online after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
